We are migrating to Church Center Giving!
What does this mean?
You can continue to give using Push Pay (our previous online giving platform) until October 31st. Then all online giving will go through Church Center. This can be found online (through our website) and the Church Center App. All of your previous gifts through Push Pay will still be recorded on your statement at the end of the year.
What do I do?
1) If you have any recurring giving set up in Push Pay, log on to your account and cancel that.
2) Make sure your personal information in Church Center is up to date here: nyhopechurch.churchcenter.com/me/profile-and-household
3) Set up your giving in Church Center here: nyhopechurch.churchcenter.com/giving
Why the change?
Church Center giving is cheaper for us to use meaning we get to use more of the money to build Jesus' Kingdom. It also gives you the option to cover the processing fee so that all of your gift makes it in to the offering. It also integrates with everything else we do so that all of your information from serving, to kids check-in, to registrations, and now giving will all be in one place!
What are the fees associated with Church Center, and is it safe?
Church Center processes all gifts through Stripe which is widely trusted and used. You have already used Stripe if you have registered for events through church center like XO, Hope Youth, and Kid Con. All of your financial information is stored with them and NOT on Church Center. Stripe's fee is 2.15% of the total amount of the processed transaction (plus $0.30) for credit cards and only $0.30 for ACH (bank account transfers). You can choose to cover both of these costs when you give.
